Overview of the DIFM Plan and What's Included
Welcome to your Do It For Me (DIFM) onboarding program! This guide explains what's included in your plan and how we'll work together to get your HubSpot portal up and running.
What is DIFM Onboarding?
In our Do It For Me (DIFM) onboarding program, we meet to understand the scope of what you want to accomplish with HubSpot and workshop the tactics and processes you use to achieve those goals. Then we go away and build everything for you.
At the end of the program, you have a turnkey HubSpot system ready to support your business.
Please note: DIFM onboardings do not include custom integrations or custom API migrations, unless otherwise stated in your Scope Document.
The EAT Framework
Your onboarding follows our EAT Framework (Enable, Align, Transform), designed to get your team into HubSpot as quickly as possible, then layer on automation, process rules, and advanced functionalities.
This "crawl, walk, run" approach prioritizes quick onboarding so your team is up and running with essential tools and workflows from day one.
What's Included in Your Plan
Your DIFM onboarding includes the following components. The specific number of workshops, training sessions, and implementation hours depends on your plan (Pro or Enterprise) and the Hub you purchased.

What's NOT Included
Unless otherwise stated in your Scope Document, the following are not included in standard DIFM onboarding:
- Custom integrations
- Custom API migrations
- Custom-coded email templates (available for additional fee)
- Data cleanup (this is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed)
- Ongoing managed services after project completion
