By the end of your DIFM onboarding, you'll have a fully implemented HubSpot portal tailored to your business. Here's what you can expect to achieve.

At the end of your onboarding, you'll have:

Confidence and Independence

By the end of the program, your team will:

  • Understand how to navigate and use HubSpot daily
  • Know how to create and manage contacts, companies, deals, and tickets
  • Be able to run reports and analyze data
  • Feel confident using the tools we've built for you
  • Know where to find help if you get stuck (LMS videos, HubSpot Knowledge Base, ThinkFuel support)

What Success Looks Like at Each Phase

After Project Start (Weeks 1-2):
